Bulldog Club of Metropolitan Atlanta will be at the Callaway Livestock Pavilion in Buchanan, GA. This is an AKC Specialty Show which means only Bulldogs will be in this show. Bulldogs like UGA. We generally have about 60-70 bulldogs entered in our show, including several of the top show dogs in the country. There will be a microchip clinic on Saturday. Veterinarian Dr. Wayne Rush, of Dekalb Animal Hospital will be doing the micro chipping of dogs. The public is welcome to bring their dogs if they wish to have them micro chipped. Old Cassville Cemetery Luminaries - the Burning of Cassville - 11/3/2012 at 6 pm
Beginning at dusk (around 6 p.m.) at the Cassville Historical Society will commemorate the 147th anniversary of the burning of Cassville at the Confederate Cemetery. The illuminated tour highlights the the 300 Confederate gravesites and the burial site of CSA Gen. William T. Wofford, the Bartow County General who surrendured the last contingent of Confederate troops in Georgia. Relax with the Cassville Historical Society around a bonfire with hot dogs & roasted marshmallows. Free admission.
