Lemonade Days - 4/25 - 4/27/14
Celebrating our historic and triumphant past, Lemonade Days is a family-oriented festival of fairground rides, face painting, food, crafts, pony rides, demonstrations and art exhibitions. Proceeds benefit the Dunwoody Preservation Trust. The large carnival and midway area are the centerpiece of the festival, but craft lovers and even the smallest children will find plenty to do amidst all the joyful celebrations. Historic ruins at Sweetwater Creek State Park
SouthEastern Lacrosse Conference (SELC) Championship - 4/25 - 4/27/14
On April 25-27, the largest collegiate club lacrosse conference in the United States Division I and Division II teams will compete at Northview High School. Sixteen teams will be invited to the SELC Championships, with eight coming from Division 1 and eight from Division II. Historic Roswell Criterium - 4/27/14
Professional and amateur bicycle race at high speeds and lots of thrills. The day is full of bicycle fun. Early morning starts with the Mayor’s Ride, choosing a shorter beginner course or the full 40 miles. Criterium Race begins around noon and also features a children’s Bicycle Safety Rodeo sponsored by the Roswell Kiwanis and Roswell Bicycles. After the Rodeo, kids race on the criterium course.
