Katie the Parrot at Feathered Friends Parrot RescueThe park contains a total 17 outdoor flight areas, with more under construction, to house all species of parrots. The indoor adoptable area was completed in early 2009. The "Villa" amazon flight has a picnic table and benches so you can relax with the amazons out back. Don't forget to bring treats for them.

There is a camping area for those wanting to spend the night. Pitch a tent or park your camper. Power and water connections will be available.

Inside the park, the Rainbow Bridge Memorial Walkway will become Feathered Friends Forever way of honoring and memorializing the many great birds, animals and people who have graced our lives. In this memorial area will be a gardens filled with beautiful trees, flowers and blooming shrubs. A walkway will be created through the gardens paved with memorial bricks dedicated to your loved ones or favorite birds.

Feathered Friends Forever is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization licensed as an animal shelter by the State of Georgia. Currently we have about 800 residents at the Harlem facility and about 300 of them are adoptable. In addition, we have over 400 birds at our affiliate sites. Paradise Parrot Park
Feathered Friends Forever is located on a nine acre site known as Parrot Paradise Park. The facility has about 16 outdoor flights where visitors can get within inches of these beautiful creatures. We currently provide sanctuary and care to over 600 birds and welcome visitors on weekends.
Prepare to Visit
The park has outdoor aviaries located in an all natural environment. We are constantly expanding and improving our facility so be aware of new construction projects.

When you visit, do not wear open toe shoes or flip-flops. This is a natural setting so ants may be present as well as sticks and stones.

Please instruct your children not to run on the grounds or to throw things as this upsets the birds. Keep them close to you as you never know when that perfect photo opportunity may arise!

If you are bringing a group, kindly let us know in advance so we can ensure everyone has a great time.
