Amity Campground - 96 sites, 93 with electrical and water hookups, dump station, coin laundry, hot showers, boat ramp, basketball and tennis court, playground, trails and attendant on duty. 14 day stay limit. Holiday Campground - 143 sites, 92 with electrical and water hookups, dump station, coin laundry, hot showers, boat ramp, basketball and tennis courts, playground, trails, attendant on duty. Open until third week in September.

Indian Springs Group Campground -  Water, primitive camping, group camping, fee area. Call the West Point Lake Project Management Office at 706-645-2937 for reservations.

Special Day Use Parks and Recreation Areas on the Lake
West Point Lake offers 25 Day Use Parks for public use. While many people visit the Lake to boat and camp, the parks offer a variety of other recreation facilities including tennis courts, ball fields, basketball courts, fishing piers with fish attractors, hiking trails and picnic shelters for individuals or large groups. Three public swimming beaches, Earl Cook, Rocky Point, and Yellowjacket, are open to the public from early May until Labor Day.

Many picnic shelters can be reserved by calling 706-645-2937. Four county and municipal parks located on the lake offer similar facilities and day use areas as well.
