Bert Harsh Park has trees in the park that were planted in honor or memory of Moultrie people. See the Robert E. Lee Sweet Gum, the Jimmy Carter Slash Pine or the Juliette Ward Lowe Magnolia. This park is the first Historic Grove to be planted in a USA-Certified Tree City. Community members donated all the trees and park furnishings. Dooly County Parks and Recreation Areas
Oakbin Pond Preserve Land management area offers hiking trails, cypress pond,upland forest, and boardwalk to wetlands. Sightings of alligators and snakes; Visitors are urged to use caution. Phone: 404-873-6946 - Location: Oakbin Road, Unadilla Georgia 31091 - Directions: I-75 to exit 121 - US 41 S to Oakbin Rd., turn right on Oakbin Rd. 1 mile to preserve.

Mock Springs - Enjoy swimming in the cold water and take a picnic lunch to enjoy in the picnic area. Mock Springs is open May - September. Natural spring open Monday - Sunday, 10: a.m. - 6 p.m. $2.50 per person, children under 6 free. Veterans' Memorial Riverfront Park overlooks the scenic Ocmulgee River and is a short walk from the downtown district. View the memorial monument located in the park.
