Hickory Hill is a 256-acre historic site features a magnificently restored, fully-furnished Greek Revival mansion with historic farm buildings, woodland gardens, walking trails, fountains, and terrific bird watching. Senior Center is 7,700 sq.feet and has 2 large multi-purpose rooms, conference room, class rooms, kitchen, with tables, restroom facilities. Reservation fee $35 or $75 plus $50 security deposit. Open: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday - Phone: 595-7502 for reservations.

| Sweetwater Activity Center has 1 large multi-purpose room with stage, kitchen, restrooms, tables and chairs. Reservation fee $100 per day (includes $25 refundable key deposit) plus $12 per hour for security. Teens parties $150 per day (includes $25 refundable key deposit) plus $12 per hour each 2 security officers and 1 staff person $35 per evening for business meetings.
