A beautiful stream flows through this scenic 502-acre park, one of Georgia’s best-kept secrets. Hikers can follow a short nature trail or the longer perimeter trail that winds through the hardwoods and crosses creeks – keep an eye out for wildlife feeding on the food plots along the way.

Camping
40-Foot Campsites (Electric)
Holds 1 tent, 2 tents, a pop-up trailer, or a trailer/motorhome up to 40 feet. Water, 30-amp electric, picnic table, grill and fire ring. No cable hookups. Comfort station with washer/dryer. Maximum 6 people and 2 vehicles per site. The ADA site does not have a sewer hookup.
Platform Campsite
A 16’x20’ covered platform for tents with a 16’x24’ gravel living area, wooden picnic table, lamp post, and a fire ring/grill combination. Nicely shaded, close to restrooms, no cable. Gear must be walked in no more than 100 yards from the parking area. All sites have 30-amp electrical service. Hike-in campers only, no vehicles.
RV-Tent Combo (Electric)
A 40-foot site holding 1 tent, 2 tents, or a tent paired with a pop-up trailer, trailer, or motorhome up to 40 feet – the tent/RV combination only. Water, 30-amp electric, picnic table, grill and fire ring. No cable hookup. Comfort station with washer/dryer. Maximum 12 people and 2 vehicles per site. Larger than the regular electric sites, but not waterfront.
Pioneer Campsite #1
A primitive, rugged site for groups only, 10-person minimum, located by itself and sharing a restroom with Site #2. Has water but no electricity. Shelter with concrete floor, storage room and picnic tables; 2 Adirondack shelters sleeping about 10 each; 4 tent pads that hold multiple tents; lantern posts, ground grills, a group fire ring and a flagpole. Showers available at the office bathroom for $3 per person (in addition to the camping fee).
Pioneer Campsite #2

Picnic Shelter #4
Open-sided covered shelter across from the main playground, next to the comfort station, and 200 feet below the pool.
Picnic Shelter #6 (ADA)
ADA-accessible, open-sided covered shelter near the playground and across the creek. Well-shaded area with water, electricity, charcoal grill and trash cans. Maximum 20 vehicles.
Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival to receive a refund; a cancellation/handling fee per reservation will be charged. Changing your arrival date less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival counts as a cancellation and forfeits the deposit.
If you request to cancel less than 30 days in advance but before 72 hours of arrival, you may request a refund in writing to the site. If the site is rebooked for the original dates, Customer Service will issue a full refund minus the cancellation fee. Cancelling within 72 hours of arrival forfeits the one-night deposit. Deposits are required for all reservations and are posted when the reservation is made.
Reservation Changes: One change is allowed at no charge with 3 days’ notice; additional changes incur a reservation handling fee.
