What to know in 2026: The Savannah Festival outlet center on Gateway Boulevard is now a small shopping center anchored by Bealls. Most of the outlet brands that once filled it, such as Dress Barn, Kitchen Collection and Van Heusen, have closed. For a full outlet mall near Savannah, head to Tanger Outlets in Pooler.
Savannah Festival Center (Gateway Boulevard)
Right off I-95 at Exit 94 (Abercorn Expressway, GA 204) on Savannah’s south side, the center is an easy stop on a drive down the coast. Bealls, the Florida-based discount department store, is the main anchor. Other tenants change often, so call ahead if you are going for a particular store.

Tanger Outlets Savannah (Pooler)
Georgia’s coast has one big outlet mall: Tanger Outlets Savannah, with more than 95 name-brand stores such as Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Gap, Banana Republic, H&M and Tommy Hilfiger. It sits off I-95 at Exit 104 (Pooler Parkway), near Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
