General Campgrounds
Check-in 1 p.m., check-out 1 p.m. Pets allowed on a 6' leash. Cancel at least 3 days before arrival for a refund (a handling fee applies); reservations with a minimum deposit must cancel outside 72 hours of arrival. One free change with 3 days' notice; no changes inside 72 hours.
Yurt Campsites
Check-in 4 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. Cancel at least 3 days before arrival for a refund ($10 fee); changes inside 3 days count as a cancellation and forfeit the deposit.
Pioneer Campsites
Check-in 1 p.m., check-out 1 p.m. Cancel at least 3 days before arrival; reservations made within 3 days are non-refundable and non-transferable. One free change with 3 days' notice.
Cottages
Check-in 4 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. Cottage capacities cannot be exceeded and cannot be used for group gatherings. Dogs allowed only in "pet friendly" cottages (additional fee, reservations required). 7-14 day guidelines: cancellations 30+ days out get a refund minus a facility fee; inside 30 days but before 72 hours, request a refund in writing (full refund minus a fee if rebooked); no refund within 72 hours of arrival.
Group & Picnic Shelters
Check-in 10 a.m., check-out 9:45 p.m. Cancellations/transfers need 30 days' notice; reservations within 30 days are non-refundable and non-transferable. A security deposit may be required, refunded if facilities are returned as received.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before arrival for a refund, minus a handling fee. Changes made less than 3 days before arrival count as a cancellation and forfeit the deposit. Deposits are required for all reservations and posted by credit card when the reservation is made.
Check-in is between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m., check-out is before 1 p.m. Register and present a reservation confirmation before setting up; not arriving on the first night counts as a no-show, which cancels the reservation and forfeits the deposit. One reservation change is allowed at no charge with 3 days' notice; additional changes incur a handling fee.
