You can cool down at the beach or on miles of shaded, forested nature trails. With three boat ramps on the 71,100-acre lake and waterfront cottages and log cabins, it’s a favorite base for anglers and paddlers alike.

Camping
40-Foot Campsites
Sites hold 1 tent, 2 tents, a pop-up trailer, or a trailer or motorhome up to 40 feet. Water, 20- and 30-amp electric, picnic table, grill and fire ring. The comfort station has a washer/dryer. No cable hookups. Maximum 6 people and 2 vehicles per site.
Walk-In Tent Sites
For walk-in campers only, no more than 750 feet from parking. Tents go on designated tent pads. Picnic table at each site, pit privy, no water or electricity. Maximum 6 people per site.
Pioneer Campsite
A primitive, rugged group site, 10-person minimum, located by itself about 30 yards from parking and 100 yards from the water. Water, pit toilets, picnic tables, fire ring and 5 tent pads. No electricity.
Backcountry Campsites
Very primitive, hike-in only clearings with a table and no facilities. Carry in your water. Maximum 30 people and 10 tents.
Cottages & Cabins
Cottages 1–5
Waterfront two-bedroom cottages with two double beds in each bedroom and one full bath, sleeping 8. Linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and icemaker. Fireplace (wood not provided), heat/AC and TV. No phone. Porch.
Log Cabins 6–10
Waterfront two-bedroom log cabins with a loft, two double beds in each bedroom and one full bath, sleeping 8. Linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace (wood not provided), heat/AC and TV. No phone. Porch.
Fisherman’s Cabin & Tent Cabin
A fisherman’s cabin with its own private dock, plus a rustic tent cabin facing the lake with four beds, electricity and water. Bring sleeping bags or bedrolls for the tent cabin.
Beach House & Shelters
All visitors are required to have a ParkPass.
Beach House
End shelter right next to the beach and volleyball court, seating 75, with a large lakeside terrace, internal bathroom and kitchen. Bring your own utensils, pots, pans and dishes.
Group Shelter
End shelter in the day-use area with a lake view, heat/AC, stove, oven, refrigerator, tables and chairs, double sink, restrooms and a large pit grill outside. Bring your own dishes and cookware.
Picnic Shelters
Five open-sided covered shelters. #1 is nearest the beach and volleyball court, #2 the playground, and #4 the main boat ramp; #5 is in the campground and reserved for campers.
Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival to receive a refund; a cancellation/handling fee per reservation will be charged. Changing your arrival date less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival counts as a cancellation and forfeits the deposit.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m.; check-out is before 1 p.m. Campers must register and present a reservation confirmation before setting up. Not arriving on the first night of your stay counts as a no-show – your reservation is cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
