Our farming operation began in 2005 as a beef cattle operation. We are a cow-calf operation where most of our cattle are Angus based stock. We currently run approximately 60 head of brood cows. Most of our cattle are marketed through our local livestock market.

Along side the cattle operation, came the need for hay production. We wanted to be in control of the quality and consistency of the forages our catte consume. We strive to produce high quality hay to meet the nutritional requirements of our cattle.

We expanded our operation to include four poultry houses. This complemented our farm in meshed well with the other segments of our operation. We work hard at producing a healthy and safe product.

We have always had a passion and grew up in row crop production. It is only natural for us to grow wheat, oats, and soybeans. Curretly, we farm approximately 150 acres of small grains. We strive to use the most benefical conservation methods suitable for our farmland. We want to leave our land in better condition than what we found.

Our newest venture began two years ago with the production and marketing of fresh vegetables. Our vegetables consist of sweet corn, tomatoes, squash, peppers, okra, peas/beans, cantaloupe, watermelon, and pumpkins. We hand pick our produce daily to ensure freshness to our consumers.

Most of our produce is marketed at our Roadside Market which is located on our farm. This fall will be the first year for our Pumpkin Patch and Barnyard activities. Through these activities, we hope to share our lifestyle with the public as well as promote a positive image of agriculture and the family farm.
