Big Lazer Creek Public Fishing Area in Talbot County
Size: 195 acres Fish: Bass, bluegill, bream, redear sunfish, crappie, and channel catfish
Lake Facilities: Fishing pier with wheelchair access, concrete boat ramp, restrooms and primitive camping.
Fee: Anglers 16 or older must have: a state fishing license plus WMA stamp; honorary fishing license; or one day fishing license Open: All year from sunrise to sunset
Restrictions: Outboard motors permitted at idle speed only. Check fishing regulations for creel and size limits; no live bait minnows are allowed. All fishermen are required to have a valid Wildlife Management Area stamp in addition to a fishing license. Outboard motors permitted at idle speed only.

Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park Lakes in Harris County
Size: 2 lake - ;Franklin is 23 acres and Lake Delano is 18 acres
Fish: Both lakes contain largemouth bass, bream, and channel catfish.
Lake Facilities: Picnic tables, tent and RV camping, primitive camping, travel trailer, cabin, and picnicking facilities are available. Boat rentals are available
Fee: $5 parking fee Open: All year. Lake Franklin is open to the public from September through May. During the summer months it is open to group campers only. Lake Delano is open to the public year round.
Restrictions: Lake Franklin fishing by permit only. No motors or private boats are allowed on either lake.

Lake Facilities: Boat ramp only

Restrictions: Boats may use electric motors only. Access is available for both bank and boat fishermen, but only electric motors are permitted. Picnicking is allowed, but swimming and camping are not.

Lake Facilities: Picnic tables and 10 camping units including water and power hookups.
Fee: Daily entrance fee per person Open: All year from sunrise to sunset
Restrictions: Boats may use electric motors only. Private boats with battery operated motors are allowed. No boats with gasoline motors allowed. Swimming is prohibited.

Restrictions: No motor restrictions, but boats must travel at idle speed only.. Primative camping is allowed by permission a fee. There are no motor size restrictions, but boats must travel at idle speed only. All bream must be kept, and anglers may keep 25 crappie and 6 bass per day.
