The Rodeo will feature Bull Riding, Barrel Racing, Calf Roping, Steer Roping, Junior Barrel Racing, Team Roping and Girls Breakaway. Gates will open at 5 pm with lots of Free activites for the kids. Berrien County Harvest Festival - 9/11/10 at 9 am - 4 pm
Festival will feature craft and food venders, pet parade, games, entertainment as well as a grape stomping. The festival will conclude that evening with an open air concert featuring the Swinging Medallions at Horse Creek Winery. Booth space for the Harvest Festival is $50 per 12x14 booth. Every second Saturday of the month, the Albany Civil Rights Institute Freedom Singers, led by original SNCC Freedom Singer Rutha Harris, engages the visitor through an oral history presentation filled with dynamic testimony of the Albany Movement marches and arrests and majestically narrates the stories with emotionally charged performances of the Freedom Songs. These special songs provided heart, soul and courage to movement participants.
