Walk "Fore" Your Health - 7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, & 7/29/2008
Walk 18 holes at Little Ocmulgee Wallace Adams Golf Course on any Tuesday in June, July and August for $10.00. Tee time is required. $3 parking.

4th of July Fun - 7/4, 7/5, & 7/6/2008 at 11 am - 9 pm
Have fun being in a campground parade, learn about venomous snakes in Georgia, play old-fashioned picnic games, and make holiday crafts. $3 parking.

Heritage Farm Camp - 7/7 - 7/10/2008 at 9 am - 2 pm
This camp focuses on learning what life was like for children on a South Georgia farm in the late 1800's. Participants will spend their days in the same activities that kids their age enjoyed. Planned activities include animal care, candle making, soap making, gardening and open hearth cooking. Open to ages 9-14. $25 plus $3 parking.

Junior Ranger Camp - 7/9 - 7/12/2008 & 7/14 - 7/18/2008 at 10 am - 2:30 pm
Earn one of 4 badges while doing nature activities. Camps are for children ages 6-12. Two camps will be offered during this time. The first one is July 9-12 and the second one is from July 14-17. An awards ceremony will be held on July 18th to honor the new Junior Rangers! Pre-Registration is required. $15 per child. $3 parking.

A Very Unlabor Day - 8/29 - 9/1/2008 at 10 am - 8 pm
Enjoy a relaxing country music concert in our lovely lakeside amphitheater. Race in some relays, touch a live animal or two, make some decorative crafts and go on a nature hike. $3 parking.

Labor Day "Living History" - 8/30/2008 at 9 am - 5 pm
Learn about home-front living during the Civil War as re-enactors demonstrate cooking to sewing. Learn how to cook with only a fireplace, then taste your knowledge. $1.75-$3

Georgia Junior Golf Tour - Brazell's Creek - 9/13 & 9/14/2008 at 8 am - 5 pm
New 18-Hole Layout! The eighth in a series of eight golf tournaments for junior boys and girls, ages 6 to 18, based on 18 to 36 holes of play. Registration required and can be done online. Parents can serve as caddies. Qualifying Event for Champion's Cup Golf Tournament to be held at Wallace Adams Golf Course at Little Ocmulgee State Park on October 11-12, 2008. $75 - $125.

Smell The Coffee 5-K Run/Walk - 10/11/2008 at 8:30 am - 11 am
Held in cooperation with the City of Douglas Recreation Department, all ages welcome to participate. Register in advance. $15 plus $3 parking.

GJGT Champion's Cup Golf Tournament - Wallace Adams Golf Course - 10/11 & 10/12/2008 at 8 am - 5 pm
Season-ending golf tournament for the qualifying junior boys and girls, ages 6 to 18, who have participated in the other eight qualifying events. No open registration. Come follow some of the best junior golfers in the South. Invitational fee. $3 parking.

1860s Halloween Carnival - 10/18/2008 at 5-9 pm
This event has additional updates which will be visible following review and activation.
Enjoy ol' fashion games with a splash of modern. Kids and parents will enjoy prizes, carving pumpkins, winning cakes on the cake walk, and being scared to death with a late-night haunted hay ride. Refreshments will be served. $1.50 per person, plus $3 for tickets to play games and rides.

Howl-o-ween Spooktacular - 10/25 & 10/31/2008 at 1 pm - 8 pm
Play carnival games to win prizes, watch a scary Halloween movie, join a bingo game, meet spooky snakes and take a moon madness hike. On Halloween, ride on a terror-filled hayride, stop off at a dark campfire for frightening stories and snacks, and take a walk on the haunted trail. 4 carnival tickets for $1. Hayrides $1. $3 parking.

Pioneer Skills Day - 11/22/2008 at 10 am - 4 pm
The Heritage Farm will come to life as volunteers demonstrate the skills of farm life from the 1800s. This festival includes crafters, musicians and dancers. $3 parking.

Christmas on the Pond - 12/13/2008 at 6 pm - 9 pm
