Magnolia Springs RV CampingThis 1070-acre state Park is known for its crystal-clear springs flowing 7 to 9 million gallons of water per day and the beautiful boardwalk which spans the cool water.

- During warmer months, visitors may watch for alligators, turtles and other wildlife near the springs. A 28-acre lake with accessible dock is available for fishing and boating. Campgrounds Info
50 foot Campsites hold the following equipment: 1 tent, 2 tents, a pop-up trailer, a trailer up to 50', or a motorhome up to 50'. Each site has water, 30 amp electrical service (a limited number of 50 amp sites are available as first come, first served), picnic table, grill, and fire ring. No cable hookups. The comfort station has washer/dryer. Maximum 6 people per site. Maximum 2 vehicles per site.

The Group Camp is a former civil war prison camp and operates the Bo Ginn Aquarium (on site) and park has natural springs. It has an 86 capacity group camp consisting of 2 dormitories with bunk beds, lockers, bathrooms and showers. The dormitories each sleep 35 people. The buildings are not heated or air conditioned but have windows/attic fans to provide ventilation. There is 1, 2-bedroom staff cabin, which holds 16 staff. The dining hall/kitchen is commercially equipped with all cooking and serving utensils provided. Dining hall is air conditioned but not heated.

Walk-In Tent Campsites - Tent Only Walk-In campsites hold the following equipment: 1 tent, 2 tents. No electrical service. There is only one water source for all 3 walk-in sites. Parking area can only accommodate one car and is near the edge of the woods. Maximum 6 people per site.

2 Bedroom Cottages - Each bedroom has two queen beds. Sleeps 8. Has one full bath. Bed and bath linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker. Fireplace (wood not provided) heat/AC. No phone. Screened porch. Picnic table and grill outside. Cottage #2 - Closest to the lake. Cottages have TV with Satellite and DVD players and firerings in back of each cottage.

2 Bedroom Accessible Cottage - Sleeps 8, two queen beds in each bedroom. Bed and bath linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker. Fireplace (wood not provided) heat/AC. No phone. screened porch. Picnic table and grill outside. This cottage is ADA accessible. Cotttages have TV with Satellite and DVD players and firerings in back of each cottage.

3 Bedroom Cottages - Each bedroom has two queen beds. Sleeps 12. Has two full bath. Bed and bath linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker. Fireplace (wood not provided) heat/AC. No phone. Screened porch. Picnic table and grill outside. Cottage #1 is located by the lake. Cotttages have TV with Satellite and DVD players and firerings in back of each cottage.

Lawton Cottage - Cottage is located in the group camp area. This cottage is off by itself in the group area. Has one queen bed in each bedroom, and one queen size sleeper sofa. Has picnic table, screened porch, grill, heat/ac, microwave and coffee maker. Has wood burning heater. Remodeled bathroom. There is no TV or phone. This cottage is included in Camp Magnolia Springs April 1 - Oct. 31 and is not available for separate rental during this time.

Group Cottage - Located in group camp area. Has heating/ac, all cooking and serving utensils furnished, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, bunkbeds - must supply own linens. Has 2 bedrooms with 4 bunkbed units per room. Dining room table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has 3 bathrooms, 2 are full baths with showers, no linens, no towels, no pillows, just mattresses. Has a small front porch sitting area (not enclosed) back deck, charcoal grill and fire ring provided. This cottage is included in Camp Magnolia Springs April 1 - Oct. 31 and is not available for separate rental during this time.

Water is nearby but not attached to shelter. The floor of the shelter is concrete & the building is surrounded by a gravel pad.

Picnic Shelter #4 - Open-sided covered shelter, located in day use area near the playground. Restrooms are nearby. Shelter has electricity, water, ceiling fan, & large group grill. The floor of the shelter is concrete & building is surrounded by a gravel pad. ADA accessible.

Picnic Shelter #8 - Open-sided covered shelter, within walking distance to playground & restrooms. Not near other shelters. Shelter has electricity, water, ceiling fan, & large group grill. The floor of the shelter is concrete & building is surrounded by a gravel pad.
Group Shelters
Group Shelter #1 - Enclosed shelter, nicknamed "Casino", located near public pool and office. This is a historic building built by CCC in about 1943. Shelter has a "rustic character" and features wood floors, heart of pine paneling and high ceilings. The dining area has folding banquet tables and folding chairs. The kitchen has regular size stove, refrigerator, sink and counter area. No cooking or serving utensils. There is also a fireplace, electric heat, attic and ceiling fans, and restrooms. No air conditioning in shelter. Located outside is a group size grill and picnic tables. Maximum 25 vehicles allowed.

Group Shelter #2 - Enclosed shelter. Has full kitchen with commercial stove and refrigerator. Has restrooms, heat/AC, grill and is screened in. Shelter is handicapped accessible with accessible restrooms. No cooking or serving utensils provided. 25 maximum vehicles allowed.

Group Shelter #3 - Enclosed shelter. Tables & chairs are provided. This building is heated and air conditioned, has a fireplace, restrooms, group size grill on patio. Stove and refrigerator, however no cooking or serving utensils are provided. Will accommodate 40 persons.

Reservations Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation must be made at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival in order to receive a refund. A cancellation/handling fee per reservation will be charged. Changes in arrival date made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival will constitute a cancellation and forfeit of the deposit. 7-14 day Cottage Reservation Guidelines: All cancellations received 30 days in advance will receive deposit refund minus a cancellation fee per facility.

If a customer requests to cancel less then 30 days in advance but before 72 hours of arrival, the customer may request refund in witting to the site. If cottage is rebooked for the time period originally reserved, site will have Customer Service issue a full refund to the customer minus the cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date no refund of the one night deposit will be given. Deposits are required for all reservations. Credit card deposits are posted when the reservation is made.

Check-in - Check-in is between 1 pm and 10 pm and check-out is before 1 pm. Campers must register and present a reservation confirmation before setting up. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, you will be counted as a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.

Reservation Changes (Changes in arrival dates, transfers, etc.) You may make one change without a charge, provided a 3-day notice is given. Additional changes will incur a reservation handling fee.
