Sammy A. Haggard Park - This large park is the hub of most major activities sponsored by the department. Amenities include: five lighted softball/baseball fields, one lighted football field surrounded by a quarter mile jogging/walking track, five lighted batting cages, four lighted tennis courts, three pavilions, and two playgrounds. Location: 1345 Highway 98 West, Daniellsville, GA
Mize Park is a 10 acre facility.
Location: off of Highway 29 South on Colbert Grove Church Road.
Diamond Hill Park is the center of softball action for the county.
Location: South from Mize off Hwy 29
Additional ball fields: Sanford Communities, Diamond Hill Communities, Colbert (picnic area & pavilion) and Comer (picnic area & pavilion). Arnold Park in Comer has an asphalt area for tennis and basketball and a children’s playground.
