Fee campgrounds like, White Oak Creek, Cotton Hill, Bluff Creek and Hardridge Creek Campgrounds offer water and electrical hookups, ample parking, grills, picnic tables, and clean shower facilities with laundries. Control gatehouses with attendants and/or hosts, and patrols by Park Rangers and local law enforcement agencies provide security for campers and visitors.

Non-fee camping is available on both lakes at Rood Creek Park. This area is a perfect, secluded place to fishing or just relax and enjoy nature.

Campers may stay for as long as 14 days in any 30 day consecutive period; longer stays require the prior approval of the Resource Site Manager.

Campgrounds
White Oak Creek CampgroundWhite Oak Creek Campground is located on Walter F. George Lake on the Georgia/Alabama border. Enjoy the natural beauty of the lake and the Chattahoochee River. Whether you want to get away for a week, a weekend, or just an afternoon, the lake offers the right atmosphere for camping, outdoor, and water-related activities. The White Oak Creek Campground has 130 sites with electric and water hookups. It is open all year.

Amenities and activies include: camping, hookups, swimming, boating, fishing, water skiing, handicap access, grills and tables, 1 group shelter, laundry facilities, 4 playgrounds, pay phone, attendant-host on duty, fish cleaning stations, bath houses with showers, boat ramp with courtesy dock just outside campground, accessible restroom, comfort station and 3 dump stations.

Directions: From Eufaula, AL, follow U.S. Hwy 431 S, turn left on State Hwy 95 for 2 miles and follow signs.
Cotton Hill ParkCotton Hill Park Campground has 104 camping sites total, 94 sites with water and electrical hookups, $20 per night; 10 sites with water only, $18 per night. Golden Age and Golden Access Passports are accepted. Dump station, fish cleaning station, handicap access, grills and tables, swimming area, coin laundry, bathhouses with showers and toilets, boat ramp with courtesy dock, playgrounds, 1 group shelter, pay phones, attendant-host on duty. Open all year.

Directions: From Fort Gaines, GA, follow State Hwy. 39 North for 9 miles, follow signs.

Reserve a campsite at Cotton Hill Park. Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.
Bluff Creek Park CampgroundBluff Creek Park has campsites, dump station, fish cleaning station, coin laundry, 3 bathhouses with showers, boat ramp with courtesy dock, 1 group shelter, pay phone, handicap access, grills and tables, laundry, toilet and attendant-host on duty. 88 sites total, with water and electrical hookups, $20 per night.

Directions: From Eufaula, AL, follow U.S. Hwy. 431 North, turn right on State Hwy. 165 for 18 miles, follow signs.

Reservations: Campground requires a 2 night minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 night minimum stay on holidays. The campground is open March - October. Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.
Hardridge Creek ParkHardridge Creek Park features 77 camping sites total, 57 sites with water and electrical hookups, $20 per night; 20 sites with water, electrical and sewage hookups, $22 per night. Golden Age and Golden Access Passports are accepted. Amenities include a dump station, coin laundry, 2 bathhouses with showers, boat ramp with courtesy dock in Day Use Park, handicap access, playground, swimming area, laundry, grills and tables, pay phones, attendant-host on duty. The campground is open March-October.

Directions: From Eufaula, AL, follow U.S. Hwy. 431 South, turn left on State Hwy. 95, turn left on County Road 1165 for 10 miles, follow signs.

Reserve a campsite at Hardridge Creek Park. Reservations must be made at least 4 days in advance. This campground requires a 2 day minimum stay on weekends. This campground requires a 3 day minimum stay on holiday weekends.
Rood Creek Campground has primitive camping with a 14 day stay limit.  No reservation is required.  Directions: From Eufaula AL, follow U.S. Hwy 82 East to Georgetown GA, turn left on State Hwy 27 for 2 miles, turn left on State Hwy 39 North for 13.2 miles and follow signs.
