This is your source in Coastal Georgia to prepare for employment & career advancment.

A One-Stop Center is a place where Employers and Job Seekers can access a wide range of workforce services. In Georgia, there are over 45 'full-service' One-Stop Centers, and most areas have several other locations for accessing workforce services also. A majority of the full-service locations are GDOL Career Centers, while others are separate facilities. Many different education, training, and employment-related services available in the community are also provided by a variety of partner agencies at the One-Stop Center or through referrals.
Adult Eligibility Requirements: The Georgia Department of Labor's One Stop Career Centers provide the following services for all adult job seekers: exploration of career options and planning and conducting a job search. The staff of the Career Centers assist you with preparation of a resume and/or completion of job applications.

If the above services do not result in employment you may qualify for additional training supported by the Coastal Workforce Investment Board to improve your skill so you can qualify for a broader range of job openings. To determine if you qualify for training support you must contact a One Stop Career Center and speak with a job counselor.
