Camping: The RV camping area which can handle the largest RVs comfortably. Power (30amp) and water make this an ideal spot to park your RV any month of the year. The location will provide DTV TV from almost every Atlanta TV station because the campground is on a hill for those who have DTV TV systems. This is not provided by the park.
Tent campers have special facilities for campers which include fish cleaning stations (don't see many of these), restrooms with showers and hiking access to the rest of the park.
Lake Lanier: There is a nice lake beach and two boat launch facilities into Lake Lanier. One for the public and one for the cottage residents staying at the park. Boat ramps include docks for loading, play areas and restrooms. There is a Handicap Accessible Dock. Visitors to the gated cottage area also have a boat ramp with parking for trailers.
Play Areas: There are several unique play areas spread throughout the park. They are sure to be a delight for children. Parents can sit on the comfortable benches and relax while their children are having a great time.
ADA Accessible: Most areas are wheelchair enabled. A fishing pier into Lake Sydney Lanier provides comfortable access to everyone, including wheelchairs. Paved surfaces allow everyone to enjoy all the park offers.
Future Amenities: Plans are to include an equestrian center for horse lovers in the near future as part of one of three phases that will open over the next few months. This facility has been long sought after in this area of Georgia and will be greatly appreciated.
