Cypress Lake Plantation is a magnificent 100-acre lake situated on 1300-acre Pine Plantation. This outstanding attraction is the Rookery of thousands of nesting birds such as Ibises, Herons, Cranes, Egrets, Anhingas and more. These birds nest here annually from April through September. Boating tours, Hiking, wagon rides, pavilion with snack bar and picnic area. Don't forget to bring your camera. Great for group tours. By appointment Only.

Georgia DNR Dodge County Public Fishing Area has a 104 acre lake stocked with large mouth bass, bream and channel catfish. 444 acres of land, and one mile interpretive hiking trail. Kids fishing rodeo.

Jay Bird Springs Resort is a 40-acre recreation park. 60 X 100 foot swimming pool of spring water. Water slide, roller skating rink, ball fields, picnic grounds, miniature golf, motel,cottage, RV park and camping facilities.
