The
Country Store at Cottonwood Village takes you back to a time gone by
with friendly personalized service and all locally homemade
products. Upon entering, you are immediately refreshed by the smell
of the all natural, handmade herbal soaps and lotions made in
Sautee-Nacoochee. Your nose then leads you to the wonderful
collection of highly scented homemade soy candles.
Next you will find a delectable assortment of homemade,
preservative-free, food color free- just like your Grandma made -
jams, jellies, vegetables and relishes. One sample and you will be
hooked! Close by you will find the flavorful fresh dried organic
herbs, tea and spices lovingly grown in Cleveland, Georgia.
Equally wonderful is the local Sourwood and Wildflower honey. This
honey is not only delicious but is recommended to prevent allergies
from local pollens if used daily in the Spring and the Fall. The
store also carries the full line of Nora Mill Granary products,
specializing in fresh, stone-ground cornmeal, grits and other whole
grains from their family run mill in Helen since 1876. In addition,
you can satisfy your sweet tooth with an old fashioned candy.
We also offer delicious locally made home made whole wheat breads
and roasted St. Ives coffee.
